Chosen Event Rentals Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Agreement:
By engaging with Chosen Event Rentals ("the Company") and utilizing our rental services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Rental Period:
The rental period begins on the agreed-upon date and ends on the designated return date. Any extension of the rental period must be arranged and confirmed with the Company in advance.
3. Rental Fees and Payment:
Rental fees are based on the agreed-upon rates and are payable in advance. A security deposit may also be required to cover any damages or late returns. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Late fees may apply for overdue payments.
4. Reservation and Cancellation:
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made within [insert cancellation period] prior to the rental date may incur a cancellation fee. 5. Care and Responsibility:

6. Delivery and Pickup:
Delivery and pickup of rental items can be arranged for an additional fee. The customer must provide clear instructions and access to the delivery location at the agreed-upon times. Any delays or changes to the delivery schedule must be communicated to the Company as soon as possible.
7. Liability and Indemnity:
The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of rented items, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the rental items.
8. Force Majeure:
The Company shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [insert arbitration body].
